STEP 1
ORIENTATION & ASSESSMENT

For everyone, the program begins with our Emotional Fitness Introductory Intensive. This process combines self-assessment with essential Emotional Fitness education, giving you the insight to understand both your emotional landscape and the foundations of emotional well-being. With expert guidance, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how Emotional Fitness works and set a clear path toward sustainable personal growth.


STEP 2
TRANSFORMATION SPRINT

After the Intro Intensive, you’ll begin with one of our Transformation Sprint programs to build momentum with a focused, time-based format. Choose between full-service support with personalized guidance, or a skill-oriented training program focused on teaching the fundamentals of the Emotional Updating technique. This impactful, active start is key to building a consistent practice from day one.

OPTION 1
Emotional Fitness Growth Program:
8-Week ​Foundational Immersion

This 8-week Emotional Fitness Foundational Immersion teaches you the Emotional Updating technique while providing hands-on support, including weekly Emotional Fitness coaching sessions, Emotional Updating sessions, and guidance from your Habit Coach to help you build a consistent emotional fitness routine.

OPTION 2
Emotional Updating Training Program:
10 Week Introduction

The 10-session Emotional Updating Training Program is designed to teach you the Emotional Updating technique, with continuous support from your Emotional Fitness Coach and facilitator team. The goal is to help you build confidence and mastery of the technique, so you can practice independently using the app.


STEP 3
HABITUAL PRACTICE

Once you’ve complete your Transformation Sprint program, you’ll have the core tools and knowledge needed to integrate emotional fitness into a habitual practice that meets your personal needs. Our program supports you in this journey with several program options.

Emotional Fitness Growth Program:
Strength & Maintenance Programs

Keep progressing with on-going support from your emotional fitness team through our month-to-month intermediate and advanced programs, designed to help you stay on track with your goals and routine.

A La Carte Support Sessions:
Coaching & Emotional Updating S
essions

Continue working with your Emotional Fitness Coach for counseling or with Emotional Updating Facilitators for guided Updating sessions whenever you’d like, with single sessions and 3-session packages available.

Independent Practice:
Emotional Updating App

Practice the Emotional Updating technique anytime, anywhere with our app, included for a year with your Transformation Sprint. Afterwards, you can continue using the app with a subscription plan.

The Emotional Fitness Support Team

Our three-pronged team is here you to support you on your emotional fitness journey.

Emotional Fitness Coaches
Your primary point of contact will be your Emotional Fitness Coach. They will guide your process throughout the entire Vivir program, providing training in the Emotional Updating technique, as well as one-on-one counseling to help you identify and understand key issues to address.

Emotional Updating Facilitators
Once you have been introduced to the basics of Emotional Updating by your Emotional Fitness Coach, you will work with the Emotional Updating Facilitators who will guide you through the Emotional Updating process as you build your skills towards independent practice.

Habit Coaches
If you are enrolled in the Emotional Fitness Growth program, you will also work closely with your Habit Coach who will help you achieve consistency in your emotional fitness practice and provide practical support for the Emotional Updating app.
