Our comprehensive 26-week online emotional fitness training program establishes the foundational skills and habits needed to integrate REIU into one’s life as a daily practice.

Our Process

Orientation

Introduction to the Vivir approach during an in-person or virtual group orientation workshop.

Onboarding

New student intake questionnaire and educational videos introducing key emotional fitness concepts.

Phase 1

13-week introductory intensive to build the foundation of an emotional fitness routine with twice-weekly private sessions and once-weekly group sessions.

Phase 2

13-week consolidation process to solidify independent practice with intermittent private sessions and once-weekly group sessions.

Emotional distress is always an opportunity for growth. It's data from within your system saying that something needs to change to get you back into a more balanced, calm, serene state.

Signup: $585 – Includes orientation, onboarding, and first month’s tuition
Monthly tuition: $262 – Five payments
Total: $1895 – About $73 per week across 26 weeks
