For many people, the holiday season brings a significant increase in responsibilities, expectations, and emotional labor. Those who carry much of this work often reach the end of the year feeling depleted, even when the season is meant to be a time of connection and meaning.
In this session, Dr. Peter Hercules and Katrina Hercules of the Vivir Emotional Fitness Institute will cover:
The pressures behind holiday burnout
The expectations we face from others and those we place on ourselves
Practical ways to manage the demands of the season
The presentation will be followed by an open Q&A, where attendees can raise questions about the demands of the season.
You’ll leave with actionable ideas you can apply right away to make this season more manageable.
Date: Wednesday, December 16th
